Changes to land and property announced at the 2026 Autumn Budget on 28 October 2026 include a tightening of the Stamp Duty Land Tax Group Relief rules, increases in the Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings rates and provision for the High Value Council Tax Surcharge.
